Founded in 1923, Cantina Settecani is one of the best addresses for Lambrusco today.
Over the years, the original 48 founding fathers have grown into 200 members who work closely with the agronomist of the Cantina to manage their vineyards and deliver excellent quality grapes.
Located in the district of Settecani, on the border between Castelvetro, Castelnuovo Rangone and Spilamberto, the winery is in the immediate hinterland of Modena, in the heart of the DOC Grasparossa di Castelvetro.
This “king” among the varieties of Lambrusco also forms the lion's share of the grapes pressed. Run like a family business, the Cantina makes the most of its potential. Quality and tradition are always in the foreground for the makers of Cantina Settecani.
