Across four generations, Mottura has preserved the values of its homeland while keeping a steady eye on the future – seeking always to harmonise regional identity, artisanal expertise, and modern innovation.

On fifty hectares of its own land, together with more than two hundred hectares of consortium-managed estates, the company adheres to the principles of Integrated Production. This environmentally conscious approach minimises the use of synthetic inputs, safeguards biodiversity, and maintains the natural fertility of the soil. The company’s headquarters are housed in a historic late 19th century estate, whose baroque architecture and graceful details reflect the character of the house itself.
