Quality and elegance of the most authentic Salento. Since 1927 the Mottura company has been investing in the wine tradition of Salento, in the quality of its products and in modern and sustainable development.

A family dedicated for 4 generations to the production of great wines, with a estate of 50 hectares owned and more than 200 hectares of consortium vineyards.

Mottura philosophy has always aimed to combine tradition, experience and innovation, focusing on the enhancement of a unique terroir, on the authenticity of local grape varieties and on the safeguard of those winegrowing and wine-making methods that have made the history of viticulture on the Salento peninsula.

The Mottura winery is based in Tuglie, a small town in southern Salento. The company headquarters is still the original, a beautiful property from the late 19th century with a baroque flair. Here, the wines are slowly matured in oak barriques and tonneaux.
