Pursuant to Germany's Jugendschutzgesetz (Youth Protection Act), please note that we will not sell or deliver alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm to Cantina24 - Wine shipping that you are at least 18 years old and legally entitled to purchase alcoholic beverages. According to our policy, only individuals who are of legal drinking age can receive wine shipments from Cantina24. By placing an order, you agree that an adult will be able to accept delivery.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. BANK TRANSFER

This is a regular bank transfer that you yourself will need to initiate once you have placed your order, either online or in person at a bank of your choice. (See above for an example of a typical bank transfer form used by German banks.) Please do not forget to include your Cantina24 Order Number with your bank transfer. Depending on the bank, usually takes 1-3 days (a little longer in the case of bank transfers from abroad) for funds to reach us. Customers who opt for a foreign bank transfer may be charged additional fees by their local bank. The product will be shipped once the money has been received. With this payment option, we offer a discount of 3% of the invoice amount, which will be deducted automatically.

2. PAYPAL

If you have a PayPal account, this payment option is available to you.Once you have submitted your order, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. In the event that a technical glitch prevents you from completing the automatic payment, please be advised that it is possible to make a manual payment by logging into your PayPal account and sending the order total (accompanied by your Order Number) to mario@cantina24.de.Detailed information about the different PayPal payment options can be found here: PayPal. These payment options are free of charge. We ship as soon as payment has been received.

3. PAYPAL CHECKOUT

PayPal Checkout is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in our online shop. There are no additional costs for you. The delivery takes place immediately after receipt.

PayPal Checkout combines several forms of payment. You can pay even without owning a PayPal account by direct debit or by credit card in addition to the normal PayPal account on existing PayPal account. Without registration. Easy and safe!

• Secure: Your bank or credit card data is stored only on PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again with every online purchase.

3.1 PayPal "classic"

We handle the purchase by invoice via our external payment provider PayPal. To use this form of payment, you do not necessarily need a PayPal account. In the case of a purchase by invoice via PayPal, the total amount is due within 14 days from invoice receipt. The exact payment destination will be communicated to you on the invoice. The invoice is delivered with the delivery.

In the next step, please agree to our terms and conditions and the cancellation policy and select the "Buy" button. Afterwards, you will be directed to the website of PayPal, please complete the required data, agree to the terms, the data protection priciples and the creditworthiness check and click on "Agree and continue". Note: You can cancel payment processing at any time by clicking on "Cancel and back to Cantina24". You will be returned to Cantina24's website and you may choose a different method of payment. After completing the process on the pages of PayPal, you will automatically return to our online shop to complete your order. We will then send your ordered items. You will receive your invoice together with the delivery of the goods and pay it directly to PayPal. The account data are listed on the invoice and they are also communicated to you by e-mail in the order confirmation. 4. CASH ON DELIVERY

You pay for your delivery conveniently upon receipt of the goods in cash at the courier. Please note that if you want to pay by cash on delivery, an additional COD charge of 9,90 EUR will be added to the package price.

5. SOFORT BANKING

We can offer this payment method for the following countries: Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and Poland. Please note that you must have a bank account in one of the aforementioned countries.

Sofort Banking is an innovative payment method with TÜV certificate and TÜV tested transaction security, with which you can pay online purchases quickly and securely. Sofort Banking uses a secure form to automatically place a transfer in your online bank account in real time. You don't have to register and pay with your usual online banking data. We offer this payment method for the following countries: Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Finland.

That's how it works:

During the ordering process in our online shop, select "Klarna Pay Later" as the payment method. When paying with Klarna invoice for the first time, information such as name, email address and address must be given. This is followed by the purchase and you will receive an email with a payment link. Our system automatically detects whether you intend to pay from an Apple device. Only then will Apple Pay appear as a payment method in our webshop. After you have selected Apple Pay as your payment method during checkout, the payment will be completed using either Touch ID or Face ID.

EUR 25,50 for packaging and shipment

• UPS - International ZONE 3 applies to the following countries:

Deliveries to countries outside the EU (United Kingdom) may incur additional costs in the form of customs duties or import taxes, which you must bear yourself.

PLACING AND CORRECTING YOUR ORDER

Once you have found a product you are interested in, you can add it to your shopping basket by clicking the button „ADD TO BASKET". You can review the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the button "BASKET." You can remove items from your shopping basket by clicking the trash can symbol immediately to the right of each product in your basket. If you would like to purchase the items in your shopping basket and are ready to check out, please select your preferred delivery and payment methods and press the button „CHECKOUT". You will be asked to enter your personal information and to accept our terms and conditions. You can cancel your order at any time. You can complete it by clicking the button "BUY." CONTRACT

The contract language is German. The presentation of the products in our Internet shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. The object of the contract is the sale of goods via our Internet shop. After entering your personal data, the successful completion of the individual order steps and by clicking the corresponding button in the final step of the ordering process, you make a binding purchase offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Before submitting the order, you have the possibility to recognize possible input errors and to correct and / or modify them with the aid of the correction function.

The confirmation of the receipt of the order takes place immediately after sending the order. This automatic acknowledgment of receipt merely documents that the order has been received by us and does not represent an order acceptance.

DELIVERY TIMES

Dear customers

Every working day at 4 p.m. our shipping service providers DPD (Mon. to Fri.), UPS (Mon. to Fri.) and DHL (Mon. to Sat.) pick up the shipments from us.

In order to pack your parcels securely and completely, all orders placed before 12:00 on the same working day are dispatched on the same day.

All orders after 12:00 p.m. are handed over to the shipping service provider at 4:00 p.m. on the following working day.

We endeavour to process your orders as soon as possible. Unless stated otherwise, we will ship within 1-3 business days of receipt or confirmation of your order.

In exceptional cases, such as in the run-up to Christmas or in unfavourable weather conditions, it may take longer.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the product(s) purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above notification. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

the supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly;

the delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and

the supply of alcoholic beverages the price of which was agreed when the sale was confirmed but which can only be delivered 30 days after the date of the contract of sale and whose actual value is dependent on fluctuations in the market which we cannot control.

The right of cancellation ceases to apply to:

the delivery of products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery;

the delivery of products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items; and

the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or of sealed software if unsealed by you after delivery.
