Ingredients

• 40 ml Bella Aperitif (Seductive taste with nuances of rhubarb, orange, ginger and cinchona bark)
  

• 40 ml Bella Glamour Zero Zero (Straw yellow, fresh-fruity and harmonious - a real eye-catcher)
  

• 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice (Brings a citrusy freshness and balances the sweet and spicy notes)
  

• 30–50 ml sparkling mineral water (For that extra touch of vibrancy and tingle)
  

• Ice cubes

• Garnish: A thin slice of orange, a sprig of fresh mint or a delicate slice of ginger complete the look.
  

Preparation

1. Preparing the glass: Pre-cool an elegant cocktail glass in advance - this not only increases the visual pleasure, but also the taste experience.
2. Mix: Put plenty of ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Pour in the Bella Aperitif and the Bella Glamour Zero Zero. Add the freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice. This combination combines the play of aromas of the powerful Bella Aperitif with the light, fresh note of the Bella Glamour Zero Zero.
3. Shake: Close the shaker well and shake the mixture vigorously – this will allow the aromas to combine optimally and give the cocktail a pleasant coldness and dilatation.
4. Strain and refine: Strain the contents into your pre-chilled cocktail glass. Then fill the glass with a splash of sparkling mineral water – between 30 and 50 ml depending on your taste – and give the drink an invigorating effervescence that breathes extra life into it.
5. Garnish: Garnish your Bella Fusion with an artfully draped orange slice on the rim of the glass and a sprig of fresh mint or a light slice of ginger to round out the flavours visually and flavourfully.
