- Quality Designation: Indicazione Geografica Tipica (IGT)
- Grape: 100% Falanghina
- Contents: 0.75 litres
- Origin and soil conditions: This Falanghina originates from the commune of Torrecuso in the province of Benevento, at the heart of Campania. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of approximately 350 metres and benefit from a temperate microclimate with pronounced diurnal temperature variation - ideal conditions for the development of refined aromas. The vines thrive on clay-limestone soils interspersed with sandy and silty elements. This composition ensures excellent drainage, supports the wine’s freshness and minerality, and provides a balanced nutrient supply. The presence of limestone contributes to the subtle saline note on the finish. This geological diversity is reflected in the wine’s clear, structured profile and lends it its distinctive elegance.
- Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully placed in small crates to preserve their integrity. A gentle whole-bunch pressing follows, using only the finest free-run juice (Mosto Fiore). After static clarification, fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks, ensuring the preservation of Falanghina’s primary aromas. The wine remains on its fine lees until bottling, which adds structure and aromatic depth. This precise approach highlights the wine’s freshness, varietal purity and mineral clarity.
- Scent: This wine reveals a vibrant and finely nuanced aromatic profile. At its core are notes of ripe pineapple, complemented by fresh citrus accents such as grapefruit and lemon. White peach lends a touch of softness and elegance to the bouquet, while a hint of apple enhances its refreshing character.
- Taste: On the palate, the wine is dry, with vibrant acidity and a well-balanced structure. The fruit aromas are clearly defined yet remain elegantly restrained, echoing the bouquet with harmonious precision. Delicate mineral notes add depth and reflect the distinctive terroir of Campania. The finish is clean and expressive, lifted by a subtle touch of saline freshness.

It pairs particularly well with starters like white fish carpaccio, vitello tonnato or citrus-dressed salads. Its versatility extends to main courses, where it complements seafood pasta or lemon-ricotta dishes with ease, as well as grilled fish - such as sea bream or sea bass - served with fennel or Mediterranean vegetables. Light meats like veal or herb-seasoned poultry benefit from its fresh structure, while vegetarian dishes such as risotto with asparagus, courgettes or peas, and burrata with yellow tomatoes are enhanced by its aromatic clarity. To finish, it matches beautifully with fresh, mild cheeses including mozzarella di bufala, ricotta salata or young pecorino.

► GRECO DI TUFO DOCG 2023
- Producer and bottler: Villa Raiano - Loc. Cerreto - Via Bosco Satrano, 1 - 83020 San Michele di Serino (AV) - Italia - +39 0825 595663
- Quality Designation: Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita (DOCG)
- Variety: 100% Greco.
- Contents: 0.75 litres
- Origin and soil conditions: The grapes for this Greco di Tufo originate from high-altitude vineyards located in the municipalities of Montefusco, Chianche and Altavilla Irpina, within the province of Avellino. The vines are cultivated on calcareous clay and marl soils, interspersed with silt and sand, offering a balanced combination of water retention, drainage and mineral influence. This geological diversity, combined with the elevated terrain and pronounced diurnal temperature variations, provides ideal growing conditions for the Greco variety and imparts the wine with its distinctive freshness, structure and saline minerality.
- Vinification: The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and carefully placed in small crates to prevent any unwanted crushing of the berries during transport to the winery. Once there, they undergo a gentle whole-bunch pressing, with only the free-run juice being used. Fermentation and subsequent maturation take place entirely in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The wine remains on its fine lees for several months, which enhances its structure, aromatic depth and delicate texture. By deliberately avoiding the use of oak and minimising intervention, the varietal character of Greco is preserved and elegantly complemented by the mineral imprint of the terroir.
- Scent: The bouquet is pronounced and layered, defined by clear fruit notes alongside floral and spicy nuances. Green apple and white peach form the core of the fruit profile, while jasmine blossoms lend a touch of refined floral elegance. Subtle balsamic hints of cedarwood and wild honey complete the aromatic composition with harmonious finesse.
- Taste: The wine presents itself as dry, fresh and well-structured. A fine, saline minerality - rooted in the calcareous soils of Irpinia - defines its flavour profile. The lively, well-integrated acidity adds tension and ensures a smooth, engaging flow on the palate. A long, harmonious finish allows the wine’s aromatic depth to resonate with elegant persistence.
- Colour: Intense straw yellow.
- Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
- Residual sugar: 2.0 g/l
- Acidity: 6.6 g/l
- Closure type: Natural cork.
- Serving recommendation: Thanks to its vibrant acidity and saline minerality, this Greco di Tufo pairs exceptionally well with seafood, raw or grilled fish, pasta with clams and light vegetable-based starters. It also proves a precise and elegant companion to goat’s cheese, citrus-infused risottos and crisp-fried antipasti. Its structure lends itself beautifully to Asian-inspired dishes featuring ingredients such as ginger, lime or sesame. As an aperitif, it impresses with clarity and a lively, refreshing flow.
- Recommended serving temperature: Serve between 10 and 12 °C to allow its freshness, minerality and aromatic complexity to fully unfold.
- Ingredients: Grapes, Preservatives and antioxidants (potassium metabisulfite), Stabilizers contain potassium polyaspartate, Gases and packing gases (nitrogen).

- Quality Designation: Indicazione Geografica Tipica (IGT)
- Grape: 100% Aglianico.
- Contents: 0.75 litres
- Origin of the grapes: The grapes for this wine are sourced from the communes of Castelfranci, Venticano and Bonito, where they are cultivated on clay- and marl-rich soils. The vineyards employ a range of training systems, including Guyot, spur cordon and pergola, each selected to support optimal vine development and ensure the quality of the fruit.
- Vinification: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with daily pump-overs and a maceration period of approximately one week to extract colour and aromatic compounds from the skins. The wine then matures for around ten months, divided equally: 50% in second- and third-fill French oak barriques, and 50% in stainless steel tanks, where it remains in contact with the lees throughout the ageing process.
- Scent: The bouquet is expressive and layered, with pronounced aromas of ripe cherry, plum, mulberry and sour cherry at the forefront. These vibrant fruit notes are elegantly complemented by spicy undertones of tobacco, cocoa and black pepper.
- Taste: It presents itself as powerful and well-structured, supported by ripe, elegant tannins and a finely integrated acidity. The balanced interplay of fruit and spice lends the wine depth and character, while the medium to long finish is accompanied by notes of dark chocolate and subtle roasted nuances.

- Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
- Residual sugar: 2,0 g/l

Its aromatic complexity also complements Mediterranean classics such as aubergine parmigiana, lentils with Italian sausage, or pasta with wild boar ragù. Mature hard cheeses like Pecorino, Caciocavallo or a robust Taleggio further highlight its character, as do vegetarian dishes featuring grilled vegetables, mushrooms or herb-infused lentils. For a refined finish, dark chocolate makes an excellent companion, echoing the wine’s spicy and fruity nuances with elegance.
- Recommended serving temperature: Between 14 and 16°C.
