Characterization: The DOC Bardolino is located south east of Lake Garda, named after the village. Here in the soil of volcanic origin and is partly covered with gravel. The Bardolino is certainly one of the most famous wines of the Veneto and has been already enjoyed by Julius Cesar. It is a wine that should be drunk young and impresses with its ease.

Sensory characteristics: Delicate and fine bouquet. Taste with notes of fresh red berries with a hint of bitter almond. Overall, very harmonious and easy. Through his harmony an extraordinary match with Pizza.

Color: Ruby red

Serving: Bardolino is a wine, the Italians like to call "Vino tuttopasto" (entire meal).

Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara

Characterization: The name of this cuvee is borrowed from the winds that will define the climate around Lake Garda crucial. The "Soar" (also "Sover") is a steady north wind which is extremely popular by the sailing friends on Lake Garda.

This wine is very elegant equipped and of an excellent quality. The expansion will take place in large wooden barrels.

Sensory characteristics: Ripe fruit, flavors of undergrowth with clear spicy notes. He is full, strong, soft and contains well-integrated tannins.

Color: Deep ruby red

Alcohol content: Approximately 14,5 % Vol.

Residual sugar: 6,10 g/l

Acid: 5,60 g/l

Stopper: Natural cork

Serving: Excellent with red meats, game and well-matured cheese. The "Soar" can also be enjoyed outside a meal.

Serving temperature: Between 18 and 20°C.

Grapes: Trebbiano di Lugana (Trebbiano di Soave).

Lugana is a dry white wine, which originates from the vineyard area south of Lake Garda. The wine has DOC status and matures in stainless steel tanks for about 6 months.

Sensory characteristics: Elegant and harmonious bouquet of pear and peach.

In taste, this Lugana is dry, fruity and fresh. On the palate it appears soft, slightly creamy and extremely tasty. Here you can feel aromas of apple, tangerine and delicate herbs. At the end, a subtle mineral note awaits.

The Lugana of Maria Pia is not as lively as other representatives of this wine. But it is more aromatic, elegant and refined.

Color: Light straw yellow with green reflexes.

Alcohol content: Approx. 12,5 % Vol.

Stopper: Natural cork

How to serve: Good as aperitif and as a companion for starters, fish dishes, light meat, asparagus and other delicate vegetable varieties. Of course it fits to pasta dishes, but the sauce should not be too strong. It is ideally suited to food based on shrimps.

Recommended serving temperature: Chilled between 6 and 8°C.

Grape TREBBIANO

The white grape variety TREBBIANO is one of the oldest Italian varieties. It is grown on almost the entire Apennine Peninsula. In the region of Modena, the famous "Aceto Balsamico di Modena" is produced from this variety.
