Grape: Moscato Giallo is made exclusively with grapes from the north of Lake Garda. This aromatic and pleasing wine is characterized by an intense yellow color and a stunning, strong and typical aroma.
Winemaking: A part of the Moscato Giallo grapes wither in a natural process in the plant. The subsequent winemaking is traditionally a cold maceration on the skins and a subsequent fermentation with a controlled temperature from 16 to 18°C. To reach the natural sugar level, the fermentation will be stopped by cooling.
Color: Intense straw yellow
Sensory characteristics: Aromatic bouquet with hints of ripe fruits. This Moscato Giallo is intense in flavor. Its characteristic sweetness is very pleasing and comes with tropical style notes of mature fruits. The brain remembers peach and melon.
Alcohol content: 10,5 % Vol.
Residual sugar: 75,0 g/l
Total acid: 4,5 g/l
Stopper: Natural cork
How to serve: Excellent with typical cake from Trentino such as "tents" and "strudel". He makes also with dried fruit and biscuits an excellent figure.

Characterization: The Moscato d'Asti is well known and appreciated all over the world as the Dessert weine for excellence.
"Valamasca" has born from Moscato Bianco grapes, an autoctonal variety that grows the Asti district only in vineyards with a south, south west exposure. Thanks to the exposition, we obtain grapes rich of aromas and elaborated sugars; for this reason, we get an extraordinary wine,, softly sweet and smooth.
After a visual selection, the grapes are crushed and pressed, and the most obtained is kept at 0°C in refrigerated vats. Thanks to this process we preserve the fragrances and the aromas of the vine till the beginning of the fermentation in autoclave.
Winemaking: Soft pressing, maintainment of the most at 0°C in refridgerated vats and further refermentation in autoclave
Sensory characteristics: Intense bouquet as peculiar of moscato grapes with hints of orange flowers. Its taste is delicate and well balanced with a slightly aromatic fragrance.
Color: Pale straw yellow.
Alcohol content: 5 % Vol.
Stopper: Natural cork
How to serve: Perfect to be paired with hazel-nut cakes and all desserts.
Recommended serving temperature: Between 10 and 12°C.
