Grape: Greco Bianco and Montonico.
Vinification: Harvesting by hand in the early morning hours, followed by soft squeezing with oxidation protection and classic white wine vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13 to 15°C. Thereafter, a short aging period in steel tanks and in the bottle.
Sensory characteristics: On the nose it is fresh and floral. On the palate it is striking that this wine is full-bodied. Overall, it is harmonious and delicate with a well-integrated acidity. Finally, the Bianco Calabria offers a pleasant finish.
Color: Delicate straw yellow with golden reflections.
Alcohol content: 13,5 % Vol.

How to serve: Great as an aperitif. An excellent accompaniment to fish dishes and light appetizers.

GRECO BIANCO is an indigenous South-Italian white grape. Already cultivated by the Romans, it is believed their descent from the ancient variety Aminea. The name GRECO indicates a Greek origin. Its present main growing region is located in Southern Italy along the Ionian Sea.
MONTONICO is a very old Italian white wine variety. The vine probably comes from Greece and was brought by the ancient Greeks in their colonization of Southern Italy.
