Description

Bella Glamour Zero Zero (Alcohol-free) / Bella Italy Fashion Drink by Iris Vigneti 1968 / Veneto

Non-alcoholic sparkling wine from Italy

Bella is a non-alcoholic Italian fashion drink that enchants the most demanding and curious palates around the world. Crafted by a family winery that is half a century old, using the finest local grapes from northern Italy, to appeal to a unique community of lifestyle fans always looking for amazing new taste experiences. A new way of sharing conviviality while enjoying sobriety.

Developed by Iris Vigneti and owned by Iris Vigneti, Bella is a family winery founded in 1968 in the heart of the Prosecco Treviso DOC wine region in Mareno di Piave, an iconic place in north-eastern Italy near Venice and the breathtaking Dolomites. It is the brainchild of Loris Casonato, an experienced Italian oenologist and winemaker, third generation in a family of passionate wine entrepreneurs and advocates of smart, sustainable winemaking.

The basis for this extraordinary drink is the white wine variety Glera, which is mainly grown in northern Italy in the Veneto region. It is the main grape variety for the production of the famous Italian sparkling wine Prosecco. The Glera grapes are medium to small in size and have an elongated, cylindrical shape. They are green-yellow to golden-yellow in colour and are loosely arranged. The berries are juicy and have a thin skin. They contain a high percentage of fructose, which contributes to a sweet taste. The grape variety thrives best in a temperate climate with mild winters and warm summers.

Bella is made using an exclusive internationally patented production process to bring out and preserve intact the delicate aroma of the native Glera grapes. A revolutionary technology that keeps the unpasteurized and microfiltered must fresh, which is then carbonized only for its sparkling credentials.

Bella Glamor 0.0 is a light toast drink. It has a fresh, delicate taste, complemented by the liveliness of the carbonation that develops a fine and persistent perlage. Its intense aromas of white fruits, including pear, apple and peach, are accented by floral notes of freshly picked flowers and acacia blossom. Low in calories and consistently 0% alcohol for healthy, natural enjoyment.

Grape variety

GLERA

The GLERA is a white grape variety that grows only in northeastern Italy in a small region of the province of Treviso in Veneto. Mainly semi-sparkling wines, but also "normal" wine is made from it. The Prosecco was already known in antiquity as Vinum Puclnum and extremely popular.
