► "Tyrol" WEISSBURGUNDER RISERVA SÜDTIROL DOC 2020

• Quality Designation: Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC)
• Grape: 100% Pinot Blanc from the Dorf Tirol cultivation zone.
• Winemaking: After the grapes have been harvested by hand, they are gently pressed and the must fermented in stainless steel tanks, oak barrels and barriques. A partial malolactic fermentation then takes place, followed by eight months of storage on the fine lees.
  
• Sensory characteristics: The bouquet inspires with aromas of ripe apples and pears as well as flowers of blooming mountain meadows. Honey and fresh nuts in the background. Dry on the palate with a juicy and fresh acidity. The wood note is perfectly integrated. A long finale awaits at the end.
  
• Color: Sparkling, light straw yellow.
• Alcohol content: 14,5 % Vol.
• Residual sugar: 2,6 g/l
• Total acidity: 6,1 g/l
• Stopper: Natural cork
• How to serve: This Weissburgunder is ideal as an aperitif. A nice accompaniment to light appetizers, dishes based on vegetables and fish.

• Grape: 100% Chardonnay
• Contents: 0.75 liters
• Winemaking: Cold maceration in the grape press. Alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Partial biological acid degradation. Later storage on the lees for 5 months.
  
• Sensory characteristics: The bouquet is reminiscent of exotic fruits such as banana, pineapple and ripe apples. The taste is dry, harmonious, fresh, very soft with a persistent finish. You can taste subtle pineapple, yellow apple and caramel.
  
• Color: Lively straw yellow with a greenish tinge.
• Alcohol content: 13,5 % Vol.
• Residual sugar: 3,6 g/l
• Acidity: 5,8 g/l
• Stopper: Natural cork
• How to serve: Ideal with fish and seafood, white meat and risotto.
• Recommended serving temperature: Between 10 and 12°C.

• Contents: 0.75 liters
• Winemaking: The hand-picked grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. After resting on the lees for at least 5 months, this Pinot Blanc is bottled.
  
• Sensory characteristics: Bouquet with fresh notes of pineapple and green apple. Fine noses also notice caramel tones and nutty nuances in the background. The taste is dry, lively and balanced. You can taste lemon, quince and nutmeg. Lively fruit acid. The finish is short and a bit playful.
  
• Color: Bright yellow with greenish hues.
